The person behind the platform.
Healthcare isn't just an industry to me. It's something I've grown up around, studied, and worked in — and it's why I care so much about the people trying to run good practices without a team of analysts behind them.
8 years in healthcare strategy. Now using it to build tools independent practices actually need.
I currently work in the C-suite of a large healthcare system in Boston — the kind of organization that has full analytics teams, market intelligence platforms, and strategy consultants on retainer. I've seen what good data-driven decision-making looks like at scale. Most independent practices never get access to any of it.
That's the gap I'm working on. I have a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Tulane and have spent my career at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology in healthcare. Before Boston, I led strategy work at a health system in Connecticut and consulted directly with pediatric therapy clinics on operations and growth.
Where the pediatric focus comes from
My sister is an occupational therapist. My brother is a physical therapist. I helped my sister start her own pediatric therapy practice — which meant building her tech stack, setting up intake systems, managing the website, and figuring out how to track the market she was operating in. I've done this work from the inside, not just as an outside consultant.
Pediatric therapy — OT, PT, speech, ABA — is one of the most important and most underfunded areas in healthcare. The families who need these services are often already exhausted. The clinicians doing the work are often drowning in administrative burden. The practices that serve these kids deserve better infrastructure. That's not a pitch — it's personal.
What I actually built for my sister's practice
When she launched, she had no website, no way to track referrals, and was doing intake over text and email. I built her a site, set up a simple CRM to track inquiry-to-enrollment, created a referral tracking system connected to her schedule, and put together a one-page competitive landscape of every OT practice within 15 miles. That work — figuring out how to give a small clinic the analytical foundation of a health system — is what Relaunch Digital is built on.
Why I'm doing this alongside my day job
I'm not leaving healthcare strategy. I'm applying it. The tools I build are informed by what I see working at large systems — and shaped by the reality of what an independent practice owner can actually manage. There's no pitch deck here, no VC timeline. I take on a small number of clients and do the work properly.
If you want to understand your market the way a health system does, or just want a website that doesn't embarrass you when a referring physician looks it up — I can help with both.
