I build websites, market analysis, and workflow tools for independent pediatric therapy practices.
Mainly the stuff that is easy to let slide once you are busy seeing patients. My background is in healthcare strategy. I helped my sister launch her pediatric OT practice from scratch and I do the same work for other independent practices. A few clients at a time, all done by me.
Three things, done well.
I do not try to do everything. These are the three areas where I can actually move the needle for a pediatric therapy practice.
Practice Websites
Custom built, fast, mobile-first. Families can find your hours, services, insurance info, and how to get in touch without having to dig. You own the code. No monthly platform fee.
- Organized around how families actually search
- Insurance info, intake link, and contact form front and center
- Fast on phones, where most families are
- Local SEO built in from the start
Market Intelligence
A monthly brief on your local market: who is opening nearby, referral trends, how your online reputation compares to competitors. The kind of analysis a health system strategy team produces, delivered to your inbox.
- Competitor tracking: new openings and expansions
- Referral source trends by volume and origin
- Reputation benchmarks against nearby practices
- One clear recommendation each month
Workflow Automation
Internal automations that remove repetitive work from your staff's plate, without touching patient data. Things that should run automatically but currently do not.
- Staff alerts when referrals come in
- Automated review requests after session milestones
- Referral tracking: who sent who and what happened
- Scheduled social and marketing posts
Healthcare strategy background
I work in healthcare strategy at a large health system in Boston. I know what the market looks like from both sides and what actually matters for a small clinic trying to grow.
Independent practices deserve better data
Health systems have full analytics teams. Most independent OT and PT practices run on gut instinct and a Google Sheet. That gap is real and it is closable.
No new logins, no training required
I configure it, maintain it, and explain what it does. You spend your time on patients, not software.
Built my sister's OT practice from scratch.
My sister Laura is a licensed OTR/L. When she and her partner Melissa launched their in-home pediatric OT practice in Fairfield County, CT, they had no website, no referral tracking, and no visibility into their local market. I built all of it.
They now serve 8 communities across Connecticut, have two licensed OTRs on the team, and offer free initial consultations. The site is live at wigglesandgigglesot.com.
